We’ve had some questions on recertifying your CBP recently. Because Bitcoin changes fast, a lot can change in just 2 years! For this reason, C4 requires all renewals to pass the latest version of the CBP exam to demonstrate that they have kept up to date with Bitcoin. Thankfully the exam is only 20 minutes long, so it’s a quick and painless process for those who have the knowledge.
The renewal process has two parts:
Once both parts are complete, your CBP will be renewed for another two years. You must recertify before your current CBP expires to avoid having to pay an exam fee again. Need to recertify? Login to your account and start the process today!
C4 establishes cryptocurrency standards that help ensure a balance of openness & privacy, security & usability, and trust & decentralization.
